Ground Control wins BALI Principal Award for Employer Excellence
Ground Control, is proud to have been awarded a BALI Principal Award for Employer Excellence – Turnover Over 2.5M, at the British Association of Landscape Industries on 3rd December 2021.
The annual BALI National Landscape Awards are the largest in Europe. Aimed at landscape designers and contractors, every construction and design project is visited personally by a judge and scrutinised individually. The Awards judging panel of acclaimed industry experts, demands the highest level of professional excellence. They jointly deliberate each decision to ensure consensus that the winners really do represent the very best in landscape construction and design.
This year, Ground Control won a Principal Award for outstanding contribution to the landscape industry that has achieved excellence through staff development and exemplary business practices. Ground Control was recognised for adopting an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates diversity of all its people whilst fueling entrepreneurialism and innovation. In 2021, Ground Control was also recognised in the Community and Schools Development category for Splashlands, Stanborough Hall at Welwyn Garden City and in the Grounds Maintenance (to include Green Roof Maintenance) – Limited Public Access category for the Tower of London.
