Ground Control is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Nilsson to the company’s Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from the 22nd of April 2025. Martin joins at the start of a new financial year, marking an exciting phase of growth and opportunity for the business.

A Chartered Accountant, Martin brings over 13 years of international investment banking experience from across the UK, Australia, Asia, and the US. More recently, he played a pivotal role in leading financial transformations within the construction and support services sectors.

Jason Knights, Chief Executive Officer of Ground Control, commented:

We are pleased to welcome Martin to Ground Control at such a crucial time of growth and expansion. His deep financial expertise, strategic mindset, and ability to lead high-performing teams will be instrumental as we scale the business. Martin’s experience across multiple sectors, combined with his ability to connect with people at all levels, makes him a great fit for our culture. His commitment to driving sustainable growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering long-term value aligns perfectly with our company values. We look forward to working together as we take Ground Control into its next phase of success.
