Ground Control wins Employer of the Year at the Pro Landscaper Business Awards

As one of the premier awards in the landscaping industry, the Pro Landscaper Business Awards aim to ‘recognise and celebrate the greatest companies’ across 17 award categories. At the annual event, on Friday 21st April, Ground Control was awarded ‘Employer of the Year’.

Awards are open to employers in the horticulture sector of any size who have achieved excellence in providing an environment where employees can develop their full potential.

This year, the Employer of the Year award focused on training and development opportunities, and employee retention. Over the last year, as a company certified by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, Ground Control has been able to showcase a commitment to using “business as a force for good” for everyone, which was further exemplified by the ‘World Class’ status awarded for employee engagement in the 2022 Best Companies results.
