Ground Control’s work has been assessed on-site, and we’re pleased to share an ‘excellent’ grade and near perfect score of 44/45 in the Considerate Constructors Scheme audit. The audit coincided with the end of phase one works at an exciting new community development by Urban&Civic at Waterbeach Barracks.

As a not-for-profit, the Considerate Constructors Scheme are an independent organisation founded to raise standards in the construction industry and they work with construction sites who voluntarily register with the intention of showcasing how their day-to-day practices are beyond statutory requirements. At Ground Control we include ISO certifications for Quality, Environment, Safety and Business Collaboration in our standard operation, as well as holding additional memberships to organisations such as BALI and the Association of Fencing.

The audit highlighted Grounds Controls engagement plan for supporting the local community, highlighted the company wide sustainability efforts that can be seen on site, and the defined wellbeing plans that values our workforce.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme report included.

The site can be seen working to excellent standards when assessed with the Scheme Code of Considerate Practice.
