Our fixed fee survey and report assesses the energy usage on your building and builds a bespoke report that will help you save energy, reduce bills and improve your building efficiency.

• An MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) Condition Survey for your existing systems
• Strategic improvements you can make to your building, rated by priority with considerations for urgency, savings and costs
• Suggestions of Green Technology that would improve the efficiency of your building 
• Options to improve your EPC rating in line with 2028 commercial requirements and 2030 requirements
• Indicative costs and timelines of any improvements 

Keeping ahead of legislation 

Government legislation requires a minimum energy efficiency standard to be met on all properties, and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required on all rental properties.
