The Pro Landscaper’s ‘30 Under 30 list identifies and awards the Next Generation in commercial landscaping.

The list highlights the remarkable talent that is entering into horticulture, this is a fantastic achievement and has been helping propel winners into the landscaping limelight since 2015.

Tilly’s progression from assistant to trainee, to full-time estimator has been the result of not just hard work within the business, but also taking advantage of training, site visits and industry opportunities. Tilly's fast progression has been accompanied by her advocacy for women in construction, whilst also supporting outreach events for younger generations, to help them understand what the landscaping industry can offer.
