As part of a National Highways initiative to achieve "no net loss of biodiversity", as Principal Landscaping Contractor, Ground Control completed a series of biodiversity enhancements.
Using Natural England’s Biodiversity Metric 2.0, the works demonstrated a net gain of 13.82 BNG units. This exceeded the expected output net gain of 10.42 habitat units.
